Shareholders of the Khersonhaz gas distribution company on March 28 dismissed Volodymyr Riashentsev as a member of the supervisory board and appointed Oleh Tsulukiani to the post.
Ukrainian News learned this from a statement by the company, the wording of which was made available to the agency.
Tsulukiani represents at the supervisory board an owner of 14.49% of the shares of Khersonhaz - Spivdruzhnist closed joint stock company (Kherson).
Riashentsev has been a member of the supervisory board since 2003. He had been the prosecutor of Kherson region.
Riashentsev owns 0.05% of the shares of the company.
The supervisory board of the company comprises nine members.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, NJSC Naftohaz Ukrainy holds a 20.83% of shares in Khersonhaz, Kherson-based CJSC Spivdruzhnist owns 14.49%, and Kherson-based Spivdruzhnist Ltd joint venture owns 9.68%.
Kyiv-based Transbank owns 28.1% of the shares in Khersonhaz.
Khersonhaz deals with gas transportation through distribution pipelines, and also sells gas to the population, budget-financed organizations and boiler houses in Kherson region.
The company ended 2007 with a loss of UAH 5.072 million, increasing its net revenues against 2006 by 39.91% or UAH 71.803 million to UAH 251.709 million.
