BM Bank LLC. (NBU License #223 dtd 03.02.2006) is Ukrainian subsidiary of one of the biggest Russian banks – Bank of Moscow. To further increase in 2007-2008 registered capital by $50 M;

To set up about 30 branches in Kiev and regions by the end of 2007;

To start issuing first tranche of corporate bonds totaling 45 M UAH (equiv. $9 M) in June 2007. Total sum of bonds emission in 2007 will amount to 100 M UAH (equiv. $ 19,8 M);

To increase credit portfolio in corporate segment by 2.7 times, in retail segment – by 7 times;

To continue expanding its operations in documentary business and foreign trade financing.
